Using the service

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure
• You are responsible for content you publish. Follow the law and respect others
• Service updates: We may update, modify, or discontinue any features, tools, or services at any time without prior notice for improvement, security, or operational reasons
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes

User content and licence

• You keep ownership of your content
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process your content to operate the service
• You confirm you have rights to the content you upload

Prohibited use

• No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity
• Spam and abuse: No spam, unsolicited communications, fake profiles, manipulation of ratings, or any form of abusive behavior
• No infringement, scraping, or security testing without permission
• No misrepresentation as a verified organisation if you are not verified
• No creation of multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate the platform

Ratings and reviews

• Ratings are optional and controlled by you
• We may remove abusive or fake ratings

Verification

Organisations may be asked to submit proofs. We may approve, reject, or revoke verification if we detect misuse.

Fees

• We offer both free and premium features. Pricing, inclusions, and refund terms will be clearly posted
• Premium features may be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time subject to our refund and billing terms

Account termination and suspension

• You can delete your account at any time
• Immediate termination: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations including but not limited to:
• • Spam, abusive behavior, or harassment
• • Fake profiles, impersonation, or fraudulent activity
• • Rating manipulation or review fraud
• • Any activity that violates these Terms or harms the platform
• No refunds: Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds of any paid services
• We may also suspend accounts pending investigation of suspected violations

Disclaimers

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service

Liability

• To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our total liability shall be limited to fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, if any

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Courts at the chosen forum will have jurisdiction. If arbitration is used, details will be provided in an updated version of these Terms

Changes to Terms

• Right to modify: We may update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice
• Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
