Our legal bases

• Your consent for optional features like ratings and cookies that are not strictly necessary

AI processing specifics

• We convert selected profile text into embeddings and store them in a vector database
• The embeddings help us match queries and profiles faster
• We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party AI APIs for the search feature

Sharing

• Service providers that help us operate the platform, under contracts and confidentiality
• Legal and compliance when required by law
• Business transfers if we restructure

Storage and retention

• Data is stored in databases (MySQL for app data, PostgreSQL for vector search)
• We keep data for as long as needed for the service and legal needs, then delete or anonymise it

Your choices and rights

• Access, correction, and deletion where permitted by law
• Consent withdrawal for features based on consent
