This policy explains how you can cancel your premium subscription and request refunds for OneProfile.Club services.

Cancellation

How to Cancel

  • Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings
  • Go to Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription on dashboard (app.oneprofile.club)
  • No cancellation fees or penalties if the cancel request rised before the free tier.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free plan after the billing period ends

What Happens After Cancellation

  • All your profile data remains intact and accessible
  • Premium features become unavailable at the end of billing period
  • You can reactivate premium features at any time
  • No data loss - your profile, ratings, and content are preserved

Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window

  • Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Applies to first-time premium subscriptions only
  • Must be requested through official channels

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Technical issues: Service unavailable for extended periods due to our technical problems
  • Billing errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate transactions
  • Accidental purchases: Unintended subscription activations
  • Feature misrepresentation: If advertised features are significantly different from delivered

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refund requests after 7-day window
  • Services already consumed or actively used
  • Change of mind after using premium features
  • Violation of Terms of Service leading to account suspension

Refund Process

How to Request

  1. Email oneprofileclub@gmail.com with the following information:
  2. Your account email address
  3. Order/Transaction ID
  4. Reason for refund request
  5. Date of purchase

Processing Timeline

  • Review: 2-3 business days to review request
  • Approval notification: Within 24 hours of review completion
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Credit to original payment method: Additional 3-7 days depending on your bank/card issuer

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • If original method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be discussed
  • Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from refund amount

Billing Cycles and Partial Refunds

No Partial Refunds

  • No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends
  • This policy ensures fair usage and reduces administrative overhead

Monthly vs Annual Plans

  • Monthly plans: Full access until end of month after cancellation
  • Annual plans: Full access until end of annual period after cancellation
  • Refund window still applies regardless of billing cycle

Disputes and Escalation

Internal Dispute Resolution

  • Refund disputes can be escalated by emailing oneprofileclub@gmail.com
  • Include original refund request details and additional context
  • Senior support team will review within 5 business days

External Dispute Resolution

  • If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, you may contact your payment provider
  • For Indian users, consumer protection laws may apply
  • We comply with applicable consumer protection regulations
