This policy explains how you can cancel your premium subscription and request refunds for OneProfile.Club services.
Cancellation
How to Cancel
- Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings
- Go to Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription on dashboard (app.oneprofile.club)
- No cancellation fees or penalties if the cancel request rised before the free tier.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- Your account will automatically revert to the free plan after the billing period ends
What Happens After Cancellation
- All your profile data remains intact and accessible
- Premium features become unavailable at the end of billing period
- You can reactivate premium features at any time
- No data loss - your profile, ratings, and content are preserved
Refund Policy
7-Day Refund Window
- Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase
- Applies to first-time premium subscriptions only
- Must be requested through official channels
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Technical issues: Service unavailable for extended periods due to our technical problems
- Billing errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate transactions
- Accidental purchases: Unintended subscription activations
- Feature misrepresentation: If advertised features are significantly different from delivered
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refund requests after 7-day window
- Services already consumed or actively used
- Change of mind after using premium features
- Violation of Terms of Service leading to account suspension
Refund Process
How to Request
- Email oneprofileclub@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Order/Transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
Processing Timeline
- Review: 2-3 business days to review request
- Approval notification: Within 24 hours of review completion
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Credit to original payment method: Additional 3-7 days depending on your bank/card issuer
Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- If original method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be discussed
- Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from refund amount
Billing Cycles and Partial Refunds
No Partial Refunds
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle
- If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends
- This policy ensures fair usage and reduces administrative overhead
Monthly vs Annual Plans
- Monthly plans: Full access until end of month after cancellation
- Annual plans: Full access until end of annual period after cancellation
- Refund window still applies regardless of billing cycle
Disputes and Escalation
Internal Dispute Resolution
- Refund disputes can be escalated by emailing oneprofileclub@gmail.com
- Include original refund request details and additional context
- Senior support team will review within 5 business days
External Dispute Resolution
- If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, you may contact your payment provider
- For Indian users, consumer protection laws may apply
- We comply with applicable consumer protection regulations
